This year, an EAPC Task Force on education for psychologists has been set up

• to establish a common basis for the role and the professional image of psychologists who work in the field of palliative care;
• to develop European guidelines for education of psychologists in palliative care.

This study is supported by the European Association of Palliative Care (EAPC). The survey is undertaken by the EAPC taskforce on Education for Psychologists in Palliative Care. The aim of this study is to find out more about the role, education and core competencies of psychologists working in the field of palliative care all over Europe. Your answers will be dealt with anonymously. It will take you no longer than 10 minutes to complete the questionnaire. Your answers are of great importance for the development of basic education guidelines for psychologists working in palliative care. Please answer the questions as directed.
